292 and falling. Yep, slowly but surely I have dropped 15 pounds. It’s taken several months instead of weeks, but I think that is GOOD. I always dropped really fast and gained it all back…probably because I ate really healthy stuff that I don’t really enjoy, then got tired of it and overdid it on other things. This time, I’m eating basically anything, just not unless I am hungry. You would be amazed how that works. I’m limiting the bad stuff, being reasonable, but I’m not forbidding it.
I only wish that donuts were not so evil. I miss those little guys…from back in the day before I read doughnut nutrition information. Le sigh. (Psst…did I confuse you by using both donut AND doughnut? Good.)
